Book a two-hour window
You pick a window rather than being told to be home all day. We confirm the vehicle, the service and where it will be parked so we arrive with the right setup.
We set up around the car
We need roughly a car's width of clear space on one side. Driveways in Hewlett and Woodmere are usually fine as-is; street parking and apartment lots we plan for in advance.
The work happens where you are
Nothing needs to be dropped off or collected. You are free to be inside, at work, or not there at all as long as we have access to the vehicle and the keys if interior work is involved.
Walk around before we leave

Do you need my driveway or can you work on the street?
Either, as long as there is roughly a car's width of clear space alongside the vehicle to work safely. Street parking is fine on quieter residential blocks. On a busy stretch of Broadway or Central Avenue we would rather find a better spot, and we will discuss it when you book.
Do you need to use my water and electricity?
No. The van carries its own water and power. If an outdoor tap and an outlet are available we will happily use them, and it slightly speeds the job up, but nothing depends on it.
Do I have to be home?
Not for exterior work, as long as the car is accessible. Interior detailing needs the vehicle unlocked, so either you are there, you leave the keys with somebody, or we arrange a time that suits. Plenty of customers have it done while they are at work.
Can you detail several cars at one address?
Yes, and it is more efficient for everybody since we set up once. Households doing two or three vehicles, and small businesses with a few vans, are a regular part of the work. Tell us the count when you book so we allow the time.
What happens if it rains?
Interior work goes ahead regardless. Exterior work needs dry conditions to finish properly, so if the forecast turns we call you the day before and move it rather than showing up and doing a compromised job.
